Bugs in rev2070 in no particular order:
Contents
AwardHeroes/RewardHeroes (Void Ship)
Awardheroes script command no longer works. Removed or broken?
Rewardheroes script command doesn't work unless config hero:1 or higher is set.
Valleys (Inanna)
The bot never seems to try to fill the last valley slot on it's own, however if I drop a 2nd valley it will launch at 2 (or more) to fill them.
ie - I have level 10 TH and 9 forests, it won't do anything. If I drop myself down to 8 forests it will grab 2 to fill them.
There is no debug to paste for it, valley acquisition never seems to try to happen with 9 of 10 valleys.
Group Mails
Maybe not a bug... but the bot sends each mail individually instead of as a group mail using speakers. While it's nice to save speakers, any alliance with 26+ members isn't going to get the mail sent to everyone. Evony auto-blocks mailing for 1 hour after your 25th mail it sent, so the first 25 people in the alliance will get the mail, the rest will not. You have no way of knowing this failed until some member says "huh? what mail are you talking about?"
Duplicate names in member list

Usually happens after someone's been kicked or invited, and you refresh, but not always. Bug has been around for many versions now.

Main city is ignored?
Post found here: http://duelingelectrons.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=8941 and here: http://duelingelectrons.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=8931
Seems there's nothing being done in either of those people's main city.
Unknown error reading data from server
Happens when you send mail from the bot. Single or group mails.
Resources incorrect for troop production
Post found here: http://duelingelectrons.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=8587
I think the guy's guess of what's wrong might be the real problem, estimated resources don't match actual resources, bot tries to queue what it thinks it can, and fails. I could be totally off of course, but I've seen the same thing happen to me rarely too.
